Third is to address global managers’ optimal operational functionalities towards continuous development through intellectual enlightenment. Global companies around the world will be competing for resources, talent capital, and customers’ base in different products and service markets. The paper emphasized on the competitiveness of the global market and need for development to sustain competitive advantage. In addition, five factors that might help in global leadership development were explained. The five factors include: development of global competencies, increase shortage of global leaders, effective communication among companies to develop corporate leaders, initiate global leadership training programs, and integrating managerial competencies and global leadership. The paper found that almost every company in the global market has access to the competitive environment. Each company needs to develop a strategic decision on how to leverage the organizational cultures, resources, industrial capacity, and talented workforce to satisfy customers and enhance organizational performance. Most organizations are bias toward a decentralized management style. But, decentralization helps to leverage new vision and integrate expertise, innovative knowledge, and best practices. Furthermore, global competition allows organizations to adapt to diverse regions and build strong global leadership styles. Effective leadership helps to provide ways to respond to changing dynamic environment. Therefore, for firms to compete, they must align culture and resources while leveraging organizational vision in the global terrain.
